Ok.., seems like no one has questions for Gene to be our PM. Excellent!! (Thanks Gene! And everyone’s feedback.)
The next thing for us to decide is the date of our first meeting. I suggest we have our first meeting on 1/28 5pm PST (Monday). Will this work for your schedule? If not please suggest a date ASAP. Please note that this is the meeting that we will invite Patrick (our facilitator) and/or Prof. Vijay Kanabar to join.
I agree with Mohammad’s idea to have the messaging and blogging as our communication channel, since not everyone will be working on the project at the same time. I appreciate Gene’s effort for setting up a blog for us at www.boston-recruiting.com. We should start utilize this blog as our “official” blog, unless someone has questions or any other suggestions.
Does 5 PM PST work for people?
