CS632 Project Blog - Group 3 Team B

The Work Breakdown Statement for the Project Functional GroupIt is the job of our group to deliver a polished project documentation package by March 3rd. In order to do this I am splitting up the responsibilities for drafting each document within our group. Each segment is to be drafted and posted on the blog to be commented on both teams. I will collect the final drafts and make final edits to them before presenting the entire project  for review to the group and assimilating any last minute comments.

Project Plan – Djawari ( by second conference)

scope statement - Done

WBS – Gene, Mohammad( Functional WBS and Technical WBS and we will combine them) ( by second conference)

cost baseline – Gene, Mohammad ( by second conference)

status reports – Djawari( One after each conference)

final project presentation – Everybody ( 3th week, mock practice)

final project report – Oge( 3th Week)

lessons - learned report – Dejwari ( 5th week)any other documents required to manage the project –

Research 15 Project management web sites to include in the content ( 5 each from Oge, Djawari, Gene)

Research communication technologies we can add to the site, beyond the scope( Technical Team)
